Prepare the Package
Securely place the unused BOLDE bottle in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories and protective inserts are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange bottle within 5-7 business days.
